Troubleshooting

We are currently In the process of reviewing all the AHDB websites and as part of this process we have strengthened the security on a number of our sites. This has been done to protect both you and AHDB and ensure we can continue to deliver high quality digital services to you in an ever more challenging digital world.

How will this affect you?
As with any change in industry, there is often a need to upgrade your equipment to meet the demands of a changing world and it is no different in the digital world. The good news is that the vast majority of you can continue using the sites without any change or loss of service.
There are, however, some of you that may have problems connecting to the websites with the enhanced security.

This is because the browser you are using is out of date and needs to be reconfigured so it can establish secure connections to the AHDB websites with enhanced security.

What can I do if I am experiencing problems?
There are two options available to you.

1   Upgrade your browser to the latest version that is supported on your PC, tablet or phone.

2   If you can’t upgrade the browser, please follow the instructions below.

  • Click on ‘Internet options’
  • Click the ‘Advanced’ tab
