Ella grew up on her family’s suckler beef farm in Shropshire, where her interest in agriculture first developed. After completing her degree in Agri-Business at Harper Adams University, she spent time working on a large-scale dairy farm in New Zealand. 


Since returning Ella has joined the team at AHDB as a Trainee Analyst.
